iTunes is a powerful application that streamlines the way you access, organize, and sync the digital media you care most about. Of course, this includes all the amazing content available for free through RTS on iTunes U. With this Getting Started guide, you'll be downloading and learning in no time!

Prerequisites

Before you can start using RTS on iTunes U, you first need to get iTunes! You can do so in three easy steps:

Download iTunes
  1. Visit apple.com/itunes/download and click on "Download Now" to download the iTunes installer to your Mac or PC (entering your email address is optional).
  2. After the installer has been successfully downloaded to your computer, double-click the installer file and follow the instructions and steps that the installer guides you through.
  3. Once the installer has finished doing its thing (you may be asked to restart your computer before continuing), simply launch the iTunes application from your Applications folder or Start Menu!

Once the installer has completed and you have the iTunes application up and running, you can access RTS on iTunes U by navigating through or searching in the iTunes Store, or you can click the launch bar at the bottom of every page on this site. For now, you can simply click through this link to be taken directly to the RTS on iTunes U site.
